Different Ways to Use Your Nursing Degree Panel

During this event, we will discuss the health care industry, the field of nursing, and the various career paths you can pursue with a nursing degree. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the formal panel discussion.

The panel features Renée S. Golderman, senior vice president and chief quality officer at CDPHP, and Kathleen Mattice, chief clinical officer at Community Care Physicians.

Golderman has more than 30 years of progressive experience in the health care industry. She provides the strategic leadership needed to design, implement, and manage quality improvement programs at CDPHP, and is responsible for the plan recently being named a 5 Star plan by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Mattice has held progressive leadership positions in health care since 1988. She is the senior vice president of clinical operations at Community Care Physicians, the largest independent multispecialty medical group in the Capital Region of New York state.

Panel moderators include Robin Goodrich, the executive dean of Excelsior’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and Steven Marciano, MHA, BSPH, LPN, the second vice president of the Alumni Leadership Council.
