We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our administrative operations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions And handling customer calls. Resolve customer issues over phone, comfortable with using computers, can handle email, can type easily, multitask and work well under pressure situations. This position is perfect for those looking for temporary, part-time or full-time work. We will train you on what to do. We anticipate around 16-20 hours per week And The weekly Pay is $20.30. Responsibilities include:
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Run errands
Manage calendars
Take notes and respond to correspondences
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Source office supplies
Devise and/or maintain office filing system
Maintaining accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
Preparing reports and other documents as needed.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Handling general office duties such as answering phones and maintaining office supplies.
Perform other normal office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat would also be helpful.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
