Join Excelsior University’s Volunteer Week 2026. Volunteer Week takes place April 13–17, 2026, as part of Excelsior’s annual Charter Day celebration.

Available opportunities in Albany (as of March 24) are as follows:

• April 13, 9 a.m.–12 p.m.: Radix Ecological Sustainability Center
• April 14, 11:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.: Red Cross Blood Drive (on-site in Building 7 Flex Space)
• April 15, 3–5 p.m.: Card-making for seniors and veterans (on-site in Building 7 Flex Space)
• April 16, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.: Ronald McDonald House
• April 17, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.: Mohawk Hudson Humane Society

If you don’t live in the Capital Region or if you are not a staff member of the University, we encourage you to join us by volunteering in your community during the week. Search for volunteer opportunities in your community.
