Rescheduled: CSJ Career Exploration Workshop at the Underground Railroad Education Center (also available via Zoom)
Did you know that 87% of the world’s workforce —67% of the USA’s— is struggling to find meaning in what they do, that we are projecting 40%-50% of US occupations to be replaced by technology by 2030, or that all of us are expected to go through an average of 11.9 occupational changes in our lifetime, most often across different industries? How do we find career meaning and success in a rapidly changing world and job market? Join us for a workshop on a model designed to help us find our career purpose and strategy in a way that can be adapted or transferred to the options currently available to us. The workshop will be held on August 21 at 1:30 PM ET at the Underground Railroad Education Center (194 Livingston Ave. in Albany, NY), or you are welcome to participate via Zoom at https://excelsior.zoom.us/j/93125316468.
We are looking forward to seeing you!
Recommended reflection question in preparation for the session: What motivates your career choices, and how have your career motivators shown up in your meaningful experiences?
